Sage North, a new resort-style apartment community in White House, Tennessee, recently kicked off the Fall season with their Melodies and Mixer event. The evening was filled with live music from Mattie Taylor and the Ellie Johnson Band, specialty cocktails from Boozy With Bri, and delicious food from Dad & Daughter BBQ. 

Twinkle lights hung breezily around the band stand, bright illuminated beach balls bounced on the pool’s surface as the hum of conversation echoed around Sage North’s backyard.

"It's not just a community, it is a family we are building here, and I love it," said Susan Conner, one of the many residents who came out to enjoy the evening. "I'm here meeting new people in my community, making friends, and for a person starting over... this place is amazing!" 

Sage North offers a variety of one and two-bedroom apartment homes with resort-style amenities, including a salt-water pool, a state-of-the-art Fitness Center and Yoga Studio, a spacious Clubhouse, a pet spa, and an all-tur Dog Park. Community Events, like the Melodies & Mixers Night, are also a regular part of life at Sage North. 

"Both our amenity spaces and our events are designed to bring people together," said Jenn DeFrancesco, the Community Manager at Sage North. "It is so rewarding to see everyone come out to enjoy an event like this and get a chance to really connect with their neighbors."
