TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center is pleased to announce Jessica Bohon as its new vice president of human resources. Bohon will oversee human resource functions along with employee engagement at the 109-bed acute care hospital dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of Robertson County and the surrounding areas.

“I am excited to welcome Jessica to the TriStar NorthCrest team,” said Sean Patterson, chief executive officer at TriStar NorthCrest. “Bohon’s skillset, coupled with her energy and positivity, will make her a wonderful addition to our team."

Bohon comes to TriStar NorthCrest after serving as the human resources director for Main Street Rural Health. Previously, she spent more than 10 years in various human resources roles with HCA Healthcare.

“I am excited to join the TriStar NorthCrest family and help foster an atmosphere where all colleagues are valued and supported,” said Bohon. “I truly have a passion for people and look forward to working with this team.”

Bohon received a bachelor degree from Strayer University. She is a Society for Human Resources Management Certifed Professional.
