After more than 14 years of service with the Robertson County Chamber of Commerce, Jordan Osborne has announced her departure as President, effective March 31, 2025. Osborne is joining her husband in their family business, Prime Trucking and Excavating.
The Chamber Board has formed a selection committee which will immediately begin a search for Osborne’s successor.
Reflecting on her tenure, Osborne expressed deep gratitude for the relationships, partnerships, and experiences the Chamber has provided. "Serving this community through the Chamber has been a tremendous honor and joy”, said Osborne. “I am incredibly thankful to the Board of Directors, our devoted members, investors, and strategic partners who have inspired me with their commitment to Robertson County. Our Chamber staff, whose hard work and unwavering support have been the backbone of our success, hold a special place in my heart. Their dedication, loyalty, and shared vision for this community’s future is truly remarkable."
Osborne’s departure comes after a sustained period of growth and achievement for the Chamber, culminating in being honored as the 2024 Chamber of the Year by the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives. This distinction highlights the Chamber’s commitment to excellence and innovation, a journey Osborne has helped lead. Since being named president in 2018, Osborne has navigated a number of challenges, from advocating for the business community through COVID-19 to creating a collaborative workforce development initiative to meet the needs of students, businesses and residents in a changing environment.
Osborne joined the organization in 2010 as vice-president of Chamber operations. She was chosen to assume the role of president in March, 2018. Board Chair Albert Cartner stated, “Jordan has been a tremendous asset to the Robertson County Chamber of Commerce. Her vision and passion have shaped the organization. She is leaving a legacy that will long outlive her tenure, and the Board is immensely grateful for Jordan’s commitment to excellence during her time with the Chamber. Although identifying her successor is an unenviable task for our organization, we are extremely excited for her as she transitions away from the Chamber. Jordan is a pro’s pro, and we wish her continued success in her next chapter.”
As the Chamber moves forward with new leadership, Osborne calls on the Robertson County community to continue supporting the organization and its vital mission. "The Chamber is more than an organization; it is a network of individuals and groups who believe in the potential of Robertson County and who work every day to make it a place
where businesses thrive and communities grow stronger. I am excited to see how the Chamber will continue to flourish in the years ahead, and I look forward to supporting its endeavors as a proud member of our business community.”
