In the heart of White House, Tennessee, a dynamic new space ignites the entrepreneurial spirit. Welcome to FlexSpace: where innovation meets community, and possibilities abound.

This brand new, state of the art space is available for remote workers, business owners, entrepreneurs and anyone needing a professional space to work safely, comfortably, and conveniently for a small monthly fee.

The FlexSpace, a first of its kind in the city of White House, was dreamed up and developed by White House native and entrepreneur, Donnie Eden.

“I wanted to create a space built around community and energy.  This whole space is so flexible, so we felt like it should be called FlexSpace,” says Donnie.

The building, located centrally at 2952 Highway 31W, was acquired by Donnie in January 2024 after it sat vacant for years. Many locals will remember that it was previously a Farmers Bank mortgage loan office until the bank relocated.

In addition to utilizing the 4700 square foot building as a new shared workspace, Donnie relocated his esteemed mortgage business, Prosperity Mortgage Advisors to the the main floor of the property, and is renting out several private office spaces to local tenants.

The multiple new businesses are managed by Chelsea Gutierrez , an upbeat, friendly businesswoman who Donnie thought would be the perfect person for the job.

“Chelsea was my first choice, and I tricked her into saying yes,” Donnie jokes.

Chelsea says she is excited to see how FlexSpace can impact the community in positive ways.

“I would love to see the community use this space. I have a heart and passion for White House, and I believe this space could really be used for great things in our community!” says Chelsea.

So here’s the details behind what FlexSpace offers:

During work hours, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, members can come and go as desired. There are tables, chairs, a printer, free wifi, a complimentary coffee bar, clean bathrooms, and of course lots of outlets. There is even a private conference room available for a small additional fee that’s perfect for confidential meetings or staff gatherings.

An unlimited membership costs $150 a month, or you can opt to buy a day pass for $20 per day, or use the space three times a week each month for $90.

Outside of work hours, FlexSpace will be available for events of all kinds. The main room can hold up to 60 people comfortably and would make an excellent place to host a baby shower, graduation party, ladies night, or club meeting. To rent the space for a private event, the cost is $80 per hour or $450 for 6 hours.

Additionally, FlexSpace will be hosting community events of their own outside of working hours. They currently have a cookie decorating class, sourdough class, cake decorating class, and ladies bingo night scheduled. Make sure to follow them on Facebook to see a full list of their upcoming events.
