Kenny, with 26 years of experience, has built lasting relationships all throughout the community, with customers and insurance providers alike. Alan brings his own expertise to the table, having 37 years in the insurance and auto repair industries. He knows the ins and outs of insurance companies that allows him to help customers navigate the repair process with ease.
Managing parts efficiently is crucial to keeping our Body Shop operating at peak performance. That’s where Kirk, our Body Shop Parts Coordinator, comes in. His job is to track the incoming parts and make sure everything is lined out so that jobs flow as smoothly as possible. Kirk has been in the automotive industry for 34 years, and has plenty of experience in the repair industry to know exactly what our technicians need.
Last, but not least, we have our Manager Mark. Mark has been our acting Parts Manager since 2021, and has been in automotive for over 20 years. This past December, he accepted the role to become our dual Body Shop and Parts Manager. His success in the Parts Dept. and previous experience with Body Shops made this transition into the new role a smooth one.
